Set apart from the tensions of daily life and clinical practice, it offers a place to spend relaxed, meaningful time in conversation with occasional guests.

The timber deck is elevated to align with the armrest-height windows, allowing the garden to feel closer and more intimately connected to the interior.

キッチン・ダイニングはオープンエアでガーデンに続いている。

At the heart of the guesthouse is the relationship between dining and the outdoors. The kitchen and dining area flow openly into the garden, allowing meals, conversation, and time with guests to unfold in the open air.

デッキは、くびれたり、広がったり多角形に展開し、居心地の質を植栽との関係で高めている。

The deck expands and contracts in a polygonal configuration, creating a more nuanced sense of comfort in dialogue with the surrounding planting.

極端に段差のある土地の地下からアクセスする玄関

An entrance accessed from the basement level of a site with a dramatic change in elevation.

琉球石灰岩と黒い鉄板のコントラスト。鋭く貫く強化ガラスの棚。プリミティブなアートと美しい呼応をなしている。

Limestone and black steel plate create a bold contrast, while finely edged shelves of tempered glass pierce the composition with clarity. In response to the primitive art, the materials form a quiet yet powerful visual dialogue.

美術館のように屋上への順路を巡る。時折、絵画が垣間見える。

Follow the route to the roof like an art museum. Occasionally,

you can see a glimpse of the painting.

『ガラスの階段』と『ガラスの床』が３層吹抜空間をライトチューブとして地下に届ける空間構成。

The glass staircase and glass floor allow the three-story atrium to act as a light tube, drawing natural light deep into the basement level.

大テーブルでもてなすダイニング

アウトドアダイニングとのつながりを重視し、サンルームのような明るさをもっている。トラバーチンとスイス漆喰によるニュアンスのあるホワイト。

A dining space for entertaining around a generous table.

Designed with a strong connection to the outdoor dining area, the room has the brightness of a sunroom. Nuanced whites, created through travertine and Swiss plaster, give the space a quiet depth.
